Six CHS Band members participated in the OSAA State Solo Championships at Lewis and Clark college in the Portland.
They were : Jenny Flannery, oboe; Annika Gilray, flute; Brian McFadden, trumpet; and Stephanie Hao, clarinet; Jenna Miller,Jr.- bass clarinetist; Gray Breed, Sr.- flutist.
Jenna received the First Place, and Gray received the Fifth Place.

woo band! I like how fifth place in flute was taken by Gray Breed.
What about oboe? Wasn't there a 1st place oboe?
